The motivation behind the formation of Ultimate Care Security is born out of the serious threat of insecurity brought about upon us by the phenomenon of terrorism; hence Ultimate Care Security wants to make a difference in contributing in making our communities safer and world at large. As a private company and a provider of security, Ultimate Care Security operates as a subsidiary of Ultimate Care Limited and specializes solely in the provision of manned security services.

Security Training

In the newly regulated Security Industry, all Security Operatives will require, from the 20th March 2006, training to an approved standard and be licensed by the Security Industry Authorities (SIA) Employers in this kind of services are no longer willing to employ untrained security personnel as they don't provide initial training any longer due to high costs, and those that do train their staff, often some of them leave employment after training, to seek better employment elsewhere, therefore money wasted in training them. This is where we come in as accredited professional trainers, to provide such training for those who would like to work in the Security Industry. We may also be required by some Security Companies to train their personnel, especially when they require Security personnel, after securing large contract sites.

Health   Safety Consultancy

Ultimate Care specializes in providing advice to businesses regarding Health   Safety regulations in respect of business premises.

Regardless of size, every company is affected by Health and Safety regulations that impose duties, obligations and penalties both on the companies concerned and on the management and directors personally.

Our Consultants will visit your premises to carry out an audit of your existing practices and procedures and produce a report advising on areas that require attention and implementation. We can also carry out a risk assessment of your workplace and draft a Health   Safety Policy on your behalf.

Risks Assessment

Every company is under a statutory duty to carry out an assessment of risks present in its workplace. If your company employs five people or more, the risk assessment must be in writing. Legislation requires that the assessment be carried out by a "competent person" and examine the entire company's activities to identify any hazards involved, the likelihood of those hazards causing harm and the steps required to eliminate or minimize the risks.

The risk assessment should be reviewed periodically and whenever there are significant changes in the workplace. We can arrange for a qualified safety practitioner to visit your premises and carry out a risk assessment study on your behalf.

Health   Safety Audit

A health and Safety Audit enables your company to find out what you are doing wrong and whether you may be in breach of a specific legal or system requirement. Lord Cullen said in his report "Monitoring and auditing the safety process is a critical activity to ensure that any safety program is being followed".

Our comprehensive Health and Safety Audit involves an initial critical evaluation of a company's existing system for managing Health   Safety. We review the structure and methods of operation and survey the workplace to identify hazards, unsafe acts or conditions and non-compliance with Regulations. We prepare a confidential report on the findings with advice and guidance on actions to be taken to bring the company up to speed to fully comply with Health   Safety Regulations and good industry practice.
