In today's society, we believe it is as important that everybody can use Information and Communications Technology (ICT), particularly in the workplace. So we are also offering training in basic ICT skills for Life as an area of adult basic skills, which are targeted to those who are new to using ICT and who wish to gain accreditation for newly acquired skills.
We are calling on all local employers; as we provide relevant training for your business needs paid for by the National Apprenticeship Service. We train your staff who are between the ages of 16 and 25+ for free in Customer Service, Team Leading Level 2, Business Admin and Health & Social Care.
